We require a 10% deposit for all bookings. You will receive an email with an invoice and payment link. The remainder of the amount can be paid on location. Look per activity for payment options on the site. The invoice number is your reservation number. You can cancel up to 14 days before the booked date for a full refund. If you cancel less than 14 days before the start of the activity or booked accommodation, the amount paid will not be refunded.

We prefer to receive your request at least 2-3 days before the desired date. This gives us time to arrange everything for you.
