Ajvar 
This delicious spread is a real specialty from the Balkans. This spread is made from roasted peppers, roasted aubergines, a little bit of oil, vinegar and a pinch of salt. Ajvar is delicious with BBQ dishes and with meze or tapas. It also tastes delicious on baguette (as bruschetta)!
